Custom Plastic Fabrication Our experienced and DVS licenced plastic fabricators are able to produce fabricated parts and assemblies using the latest techniques and equipment to suit your application. Methods used are heat bending, hot gas, extrusion and butt welding along with chemical bonding, drilling, CNC routing, machining and vacuum forming to manufacture the products you require. Some materials that are used Acrylic, PVC, CPVC, PETG, Polycarbonate, ABS, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Nylon and Teflon. Plastic CNC Machining Using our CNC Routers and traditional machining techniques our skilled and trained staff are able to machine the parts you require. It may be a one off part to repair a breakdown or hundreds of parts to compliment your production run. In either senario we are able to provide a high quiality part with a quick response time. There are any number of industries that use machined plastic components and we are able to sevice each one. Materials suited to machining are Acrylic, PVC, CPVC, PETG, Polycarbonate, ABS, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Nylon and Teflon.

Plastic Vacuum Forming Vacuum Forming is an excellent way to produce complex shapes quickly and at a fraction of the cost of setting up for injection moulding. Parts made using vacuum forming are durable, light weight and can be made using a variety of materials in different thicknesses and colour. We are set up to be flexible in our vacuum forming area. We can provide prototypes, short runs through to full production quantities. Tooling for vacuum forming is a fraction of the price of other form of moulding. Vacuum formed parts have been used in many industries and some of these are retail desplays, communications, automotive, medical, food and scientific. Materials suited to vacuum forming are Acrylic, PVC, PETG, Polycarbonate, ABS, Polyethylene, and Polypropylene.
