Vacuum Forming is an excellent way to produce complex shapes quickly and at a fraction of the cost of setting up for injection moulding.

Parts made using vacuum forming are durable, light weight and can be made using a variety of materials in different thicknesses and colour. We are set up to be flexible in our vacuum forming area. We can provide prototypes, short runs through to full production quantities. Tooling for vacuum forming is a fraction of the price of other form of moulding.

Vacuum formed parts have been used in many industries and some of these are retail desplays, communications, automotive, medical, food and scientific.

Materials suited to vacuum forming are Acrylic, PVC, PETG, Polycarbonate, ABS, Polyethylene, and Polypropylene.
